Great Location and Good Breakfast During my weekend stay at this hotel, I must say that I appreciated the great location. It was situated in the city center but next to a nice park, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I found it easy to access the main roads for car travelers, and there was secure parking for my car. Another positive aspect was the breakfast; it was plentiful and had a good variety of foods to choose from.

Old-Style Design and Unfriendly Staff I must point out some negative aspects. First of all, the design of the hotel seemed outdated, and most of the rooms were not modern or updated.

The rooms at Hotel Akvilon in Suwalki are absolutely amazing! The double room I stayed in had a private entrance and was so cozy with its soundproofing. I loved having a tea/coffee maker right in the room, making it super convenient. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch.

The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was that the single room I saw had soundproofing too. It's just my personal preference, but I like a little bit of background noise when I sleep.
